Title: Low Fat Honey Dijon Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | Shallot | |
1 | cl | Garlic |
3 | tb | Dijon mustard |
Salt | ||
Pepper; freshly ground | ||
1 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
1/4 | c | Chicken broth |
3 | tb | Honey |
1 | tb | Lemon juice; fresh squeezed |
1/4 | c | Sweet white wine; such as extra dry sparkling wine |
1/2 | c | Fat free sour cream |
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour in bowl; beat in sour cream with fork. Pour into lidded jar. Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to develop.
Yield - 1.1/2 cups. Per tbsp - 17 cal, no fat
