Title: Low Fat Creamy Italian Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | Shallot | |
1 | cl | Garlic |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
Salt | ||
Pepper; freshly ground | ||
2 | ts | Italian seasoning |
1 | lg | Green onion; green & white parts, cut into pieces |
1 | tb | Lemon juice; fresh squeezed |
1 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Extra virgin olive oil |
4 | tb | Sauvignon blanc wine; or other dry white wine |
3 | tb | Chicken broth |
1/2 | c | Fat free sour cream |
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in blender. Puree until smooth; pour into bowl. Beat in sour cream with a fork until smooth. Pour into lidded jar. Chill for at least two hours.
Yield - 1.1/4 cups. Per tbsp - 23 cal, .75 g fat
