1/2 | tb | Low-calorie margarine |
2 | Plain melba rounds, crushed |
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon; mix well, stir in cheese product. Divide mixture between 2 small baking dishes. Top with margarine; sprinkel with melba crumbs. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until apples are tender. Refridgerate leftovers.
The calories are cut in half using this cheese. Nutrients per serving: Calories 123, Fat 4g, Sodium 315mg, Cholesterol 5 mg.
