3/4 | c | Skim milk |
6 | oz | Can frozen orange juice con- |
| | Centrate, defrosted,undilute |
1/2 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | ts | Pumpkin pie spice |
Line an 8" pie plate with Basic piecrust. Combine the rest of the
ingredients in a bowl and beat them thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the
prepared pastry shell. Bake the pie 1 hour in preheated 350 oven. Serves 8
