| | Cubes |
2 | c | Onions; cut into strips |
2 | | Green peppers;cut in strips |
1 | | Red bell pepper;cut in strip |
2 | | Tomatoes; peeled, diced |
1 | c | ;water |
| | Salt & Pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Simmer, covered, 35 minutes or
until meat is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
