2 | | Envelopes unflavored gelatin |
1/2 | c | ;water, cold |
1/4 | c | Honey |
12 | oz | Can unsweetened peach or |
| | Apricot nectar |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
3 | | Egg whites |
Combine gelatin and water in a saucepan. Wait one minute. Cook over low
heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir
in honey, peach nectar and lemon juice. Chill, stirring occasionally until
mixture is syrupy-thick. Add egg whites to gelatin. Beat at high speed with
electric mixer until light and fluffy. Chill until firm. Per Serving:
