3 Chicken breasts [boneless
  & skinless] [cut into strips
2lgRed bell peppers [cut into
  Strips]
2lgYellow bell peppers [cut
  Into strips]
1mdGreen bell pepper [cut into
  Strips]
1mdOnion [cut into chunks]
2 1/2cMushrooms [fresh][sliced]
1tsHerb seasoning [salt free]
2 1/2tbParmesan Cheese [grated]

1) Prepare the fettucini according to directions, then drain... 2) In a large skilet heat the oil and add the chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, and seasonings and cook over med heat `til the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 min... 3) Add the hot cooked fettucini and parmesan cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately...
