2cRaspberries;fresh or frozen
  Dry-packed
1pkSugar substitute
2cPlain low-fat yogurt
2tbCocoa powder; not a mix
4tsWheat germ
4 Mint; sprigs for garnish

In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries with 1 tb of the sugar and set aside. In another bowl, combine the yogurt, cocoa powder and remaining 1 tb sugar, whisking until smooth and creamy. Spoon 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into each of 4 partait glasses. Top with 1/4 cup of the berries and sprinkle with 1/2 ts wheat germ. Make 3 more layers, ending with the yogurt. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Garnish with mint if desired.
