1 | Cucumber;chopped fine | |
6 | Ripe olives;sliced | |
1/4 | c | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1/2 | ts | Celery seed |
1/2 | ts | Salt substitute |
1/2 | ts | Checkered Tablecloth |
Italian Blend |
Combine seafood with tomatoes, cucumber, and olives. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and toss together. Serve in lettuce cups and garnish with pimento or parsley. Per Serving: 171 calories;3.6 g fat;318 mg sodium;128 mg cholesterol
