10 | oz | Low-sodium beef bouillon- |
| | Or consomme |
2 | tb | LEMON HERB BLEND |
1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | | Green bell pepper;chopped |
1/2 | c | Black olives;chopped |
1/2 | | Onion;chopped |
1/4 | | Pimento;chopped |
Sprinkle chopes with salt substitute and LEMON HERB BLEND. Brown on both
sides under the broiler. transfer chops to skillet and add all remaining
ingredients. Now cover and simmer 40 to 45 minutes until veal is tender.
