1lbFish fillets; flounder or so
10 Whole wheat crackers; crushe
2tbWheat germ
1pkFrozen chopped spinach; thaw
3tbParmesan cheese

Recipe by: Net Arrange the fillets in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Cover the fish with the well-drained spinach. Combine the cracker crumbs, wheat germ and cheese and pour over the fish and spinach. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
