1 | md | Onion; diced |
2 | | Cl Garlic; minced |
2 | tb | Fresh basil; chopped |
8 | oz | Tomato sauce |
1/2 | c | Tomato paste |
3/4 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Dry white wine |
1 | ts | Oregano |
| | Fresh ground black pepper |
1 1/2 | lb | Flounder fillets; sliced int |
Recipe by: Net In very large skillet, saute onion, garlic until tender.
Add basil and saute for another few minutes. Add everything else except
fish. Bring to a boil and stir so that paste is mixed in.
Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. Add fish and simmer for an additional 15
minutes or until fish is completely cooked.
