10 | Whole wheat crackers; crushe | |
2 | tb | Wheat germ |
1 | pk | Frozen chopped spinach; thaw |
3 | tb | Parmesan cheese |
Recipe by: Net Arrange the fillets in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Cover the fish with the well-drained spinach. Combine the cracker crumbs, wheat germ and cheese and pour over the fish and spinach. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
