240 | Long-grain rice; (3 dl.) | |
5 | Water | |
1 | ts | Thyme |
1 | tb | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | Fresh chives; finely chopped | |
2 | Cl Garlic; crushed or minced |
Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 40-25 minutes at low heat. Add chives and garlic before serving.
