Title: Rice with Garlic and Herbs

240 Long-grain rice; (3 dl.)
5 Water
1tsThyme
1tbOregano
1/4tsSalt
1 Fresh chives; finely chopped
2 Cl Garlic; crushed or minced

Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 40-25 minutes at low heat. Add chives and garlic before serving.
