Title: Wild Rice Stuffed Peppers

4 | Green bell peppers | |
1 | lb | Extra lean ground beef |
2 | c | Cooked wild rice |
1 | c | Shredded part-skim |
Mozzarella cheese | ||
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | c | Dried fruit bits |
1/2 | To 1 tsp black pepper | |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut green peppers into halves; remove stems and seeds. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Lightly stuff green pepper halves with wild rice mixture. Place in baking dish and loosely cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes or until peppers are tender.
