1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
2 | c | Fresh corn |
16 | oz | Can tomatoes with liquid, cut up |
15 1/2 | oz | Can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
8 | oz | Can tomato sauce |
1 | | Envelope taco seasoning |
| | Corn chips, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, optional |
In a large saucepan, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add corn,
tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer
for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with corn chips, cheese and
sour cream if desired.
