Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13" pan with Pam. Cream butter and Fruit Sweet. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Separately, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to dough. Stir in oats and nuts. Press half of dough in pan. Combine Fudge Sweet and milk and spread over dough. Sprinkle remaining dough as crumbly mixture on top of fudge sauce layer. Bake 20 minutes. Cut in squares.
