2cLow fat milk
1/2cSimply Eggs (egg substitute??)
4tbSugar
1tbRum or brandy, optional
1tsVanilla
1/8tsGrated nutmeg
  Whipped topping, optional

Place milk, eggs, sugar, rum or brandy, vanilla and nutmeg in a blender or food processor. Blend until frothy. Pour eggnog into 2 tall glasses and if desired, top with whipped topping.

Makes 4 one half cup servings
