Title: Frothy Holiday Eggnog

2 | c | Low fat milk |
1/2 | c | Simply Eggs (egg substitute??) |
4 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Rum or brandy, optional |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/8 | ts | Grated nutmeg |
Whipped topping, optional |
Place milk, eggs, sugar, rum or brandy, vanilla and nutmeg in a blender or food processor. Blend until frothy. Pour eggnog into 2 tall glasses and if desired, top with whipped topping.
Makes 4 one half cup servings
