Title: Cottage Cheese Loaf

Yield: 8 Servings
1 | lg | Onion |
1/4 | lb | Margarine/butter melted or use Butter Buds equivalent |
2 | lb | Cottage cheese, fatfree |
5 | c | Corn Flakes cereal |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts (optional) |
1 | tb | Chicken style seasoning or more to taste |
6 | Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv. |
Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
This is also good cold on sandwiches.
