Title: Cottage Cheese Loaf
Categories: Cheese Diet Entree Lowfat
Yield: 8 Servings

1lgOnion
1/4lbMargarine/butter melted or use Butter Buds equivalent
2lbCottage cheese, fatfree
5cCorn Flakes cereal
1/2cChopped nuts (optional)
1tbChicken style seasoning or more to taste
6 Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv.

Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.

This is also good cold on sandwiches.
