Title: Giselle's Acadian Plogues (Ployes)

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | White buckwheat flour |
1 | c | Regular flour |
4 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | c | Cold water |
1/2 | c | Boiling water |
Mix dry ingredients. Add cold water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add boiling water and drop to make thin 6" pancakes on hot griddle, 400=B0. Bake on one side only, until bubbled and firm. Serve on warm platter, cover with napkins.=20
