  Lemon pasta
1cPlain yogurt
1tbChopped fresh or
1tsFreeze-dried chives
1tsFinely shredded Lemon peel
1/2tsSalt
3/4 Pound cooked shrimp or
1pk(12 ounces) frozen Cooked shrimp, thawed
1 Jars (6 ounces) marinated Artichoke hearts,undrained
1pk(3 ounces) cream cheese
1tbChopped fresh or
1tsFreeze-dried chives

Artichokes and Shrimp with Lemon Pasta. Lemon Pasta is the perfect. Cook pasta as directed; drain. Mix yogurt, 1 tablespoon chives, the lemon peel, salt, shrimp, artichoke hearts and cream cheese in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and cream cheese is melted. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chives. 4 SERVINGS; 495 CALORIES PER SERVING.
