Title: Spaghetti with Garlic, Olive Oil, and Chili P

Yield: 1 Recipe

1lbSpaghetti; cooked
6tbOlive oil
5clGarlic; whole
1smChili pepper; cut into 3 or 4 pieces
  Parsley; chop'd, for garnish

Heat olive oil and whole garlic. Add chili pepper; cook until the garlic is golden brown. Put pasta in a lg. serving bowl. Remove the chili pepper and the garlic from the oil. Pour the sizzing oil over the pasta. Add chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Note - recipe can be prepared without the chili pepper. In that case, sprinkle the pasta liberally with freshly ground black pepper after the oil is poured on.

If you like, the garlic can be finely chopped and left in the oil.
