Title: Macaroni and Tomato Casserole

2 | lb | Ground Beef |
1 | c | Onion; chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
1 | | Garlic clove; minced |
1/4 | c | Green pepper; chopped |
2 | cn | Tomatoes; 1 lb, chopped |
1 | c | Tomato juice |
| | Salt and pepper |
1/2 | ts | Oregano; dried |
2 | c | Macaroni; uncooked |
In a large skillet brown the meat, onion, green pepper, garlic and drain.
Combine tomatoes, tomato juice and add the drained meat mixture. Stir in
the seasonings. Mix well, place in crockpot and cook on to 8 low for 6 to 8
hours. Stir in uncooked macaroni and cook 2-3 hours more. Posted by Jeanne
