Title: Macaroni and Tomato Casserole

2lbGround Beef
1cOnion; chopped
1 1/2cWater
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/4cGreen pepper; chopped
2cnTomatoes; 1 lb, chopped
1cTomato juice
  Salt and pepper
1/2tsOregano; dried
2cMacaroni; uncooked

In a large skillet brown the meat, onion, green pepper, garlic and drain. Combine tomatoes, tomato juice and add the drained meat mixture. Stir in the seasonings.
