Title: Italian-Spinach Noodle Bake

16 | oz | Fettuccini Noodles; cooked |
12 | oz | Lowfat, Small Curd Cottage |
Cheese | ||
8 | oz | Monterey Jack; grated |
2 | Egg Whites; beaten | |
10 | oz | Frozen Spinach;thaw;drained |
1 | tb | Parsley Flakes |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
2 | c | Spaghetti Sauce (low sodium) |
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the sauce together and place in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Spread sauce over the top and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
