1 | c | Chopped Onion |
2 | tb | Oleo |
8 | oz | Pkg. Cream Cheese |
1 1/2 | c | Cottage Cheese |
1 | | Egg; beaten |
2 | ts | Basil |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
| | Pepper to taste |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/3 | c | White Wine |
1 | cn | Cream of Shrimp Soup |
1 | lb | Cooked Shrimp |
7 1/2 | oz | Cn Crab; drained; flaked |
1/4 | c | Grated Parmesan |
1/2 | c | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
Saute onion in oleo. Combine onion, cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg,
basil, salt, and pepper. In separate bowl, combine milk, wine, soup,
shrimp, and crab. Layer noodles, cheese mix, and shrimp mix. Top w/ grated
cheeses. Bake in 13x9" pan at 350 for 45 minutes., uncovered. Let stand 15
minutes prior to serving. Imitation Crab Flakes may be used in lieu of
canned crab.
