Title: Spaghetti with Garlic and Oil

6 | oz | Hot cooked spaghetti |
2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1/4 | c | Snipped parsley |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | ds | Pepper |
1/8 | ts | Crushed red pepper,optional |
In small saucepan or skillet, cook garlic in olive oil till golden brown. Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper, if used. Heat and stir for 3 minutes. Toss garlic mixture with spaghetti, or other pasta until coated. Serve immediately. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
