1/2 | c | Cream |
1 | tb | To 1 1/2 tb. Lemon Juice |
1 | ts | Lemon Peel |
1/4 | c | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
Mix together cream, lemon juice, and lemon peel in a sm. saucepan and simmer over low heat until just warmed. Add cheese slowly, stirring until well blended and melted. Toss with pasta and serve immediately. SERVE WITH ANY LEMON PASTA
