1 | c | Long grain rice |
1/2 | c | Vermicelli, broken into |

3 | tb | Butter |
2 | c | Chicken broth |
1 | ts | Chives |
Combine rice and vermicelli. Melt butter in 2-qt. saucepan; saute rice and noodles until golden brown. Add chicken broth and chives to saucepan. Cover tightly and cook over very low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork, and serve. Creative Cooking Pasta
