1 | lb | Spaghetti |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | | Green pepper, finely chopped |
1 | | Pimento, chopped |
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | c | Fresh bread crumbs |
1/2 | lb | Cheese of your choice,choppd |
5 | | Eggs, beaten |
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Melt butter in
saucepan. Add green peppers, pimento, and onion; saute for 5 minutes. Add
milk, bread crumbs, and cheese; cook, stirring constantly,until creamy. Add
spaghetti and eggs; mix well. Preheat oven to 350F. Place spaghetti mixture
in buttered ring mold; set mold in pan of water and bake for 1 hour. Remove
from oven; loosen edges with spatula and unmold onto serving platter. Fill
center of ring with vegetables and serve. Creative Cooking Pasta
