1/4 | c | Finely chopped onion |
1/4 | c | Finely chopped green pepper |
2 | lb | (2 cups) Boneless Pork Butt, |
| | Cooked, shredded |
2 | c | Beef or chicken bouillon |
1 1/2 | c | Catsup |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Cider vinegar |
1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/4 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Chili powder |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
6 | oz | Wide egg noodles, cooked, |
| | Drained |
In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat. Add onion and green
pepper. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Stir in next 10 ingredients. Bring to
boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes or until thickened. Toss with noodles.
