Title: Jumbo Shells with Cheese Filling

3lbRicotta Cheese
1lbMozzarella Cheese; diced
2 Eggs
1/2cGrated Parmesan Cheese
  Chopped Parsley
  Salt/Pepper
2lgJars Spaghetti Sauce
2pkJumbo Shells

Mix ricotta, mozzarella, eggs, grated cheese, chopped parsley & seasonings until well blended. Place jumbo shells in boiling water and boil for 9 min (may want to do 1 box at a time). Drain shells & fill with filling mixture. Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce. Arrange shells side by side in single layer. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. Source: File.
