1 | lb | Mozzarella Cheese; diced |
2 | | Eggs |
1/2 | c | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| | Chopped Parsley |
| | Salt/Pepper |
2 | lg | Jars Spaghetti Sauce |
2 | pk | Jumbo Shells |
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, eggs, grated cheese, chopped parsley & seasonings
until well blended. Place jumbo shells in boiling water and boil for 9 min
(may want to do 1 box at a time). Drain shells & fill with filling mixture.
Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce. Arrange shells side by side in
single layer. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. Source: File.
