2 | c | Cooked macaroni |
1 | | 16oz can red kidney beans, |
| | Drained |
1 | | Green pepper, seeded & chppd |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped onion |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped celery |
1/4 | c | Salad oil |
1/4 | c | Wine vinegar |
1 | cl | Garlic, peeled & minced |
1/2 | ts | Basil |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
| | Salt & pepper to taste |
3/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
2 | | Hard-boiled eggs,sliced |
Combine macaroni, kidney beans, green pepper,onion, and celery in mixing
bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper together
well. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at
least 3 hours. Before serving add mayonnaise and mix well. Garnish with egg
