8 | oz | Macaroni |
6 | sl | Bacon, diced |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | tb | Finely chopped onion |
| | Salt & pepper to taste |
1/3 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Sliced radishes |
1/4 | c | Chopped green pepper |
1/4 | c | Chopped parsley |
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Cook bacon in frying
pan until crisp; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tablespoon bacon
fat from pan. Add vinegar, onion, salt, and pepper to pan and heat to
boiling point. Remove from heat. Combine macaroni and all remaining
ingredients in vinegar mixture. Serve hot. Creative Pasta
