Title: Fettuccine with Herb Sauce

8ozFettuccine
1/4cChopped parsley
1/4cFresh basil leaves
1clGarlic, peeled & minced
1/4cExtra virgin olive oil
1/2cRicotta cheese
  Freshly grd black pepper

Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Place parsley, basil, garlic in blender or food processor; blend until paste forms. Gradually add oil and ricotta; blend until smooth. Season with pepper. Toss fettuccine and herb sauce together. Serve at once. Creative Pasta
