8 | oz | Fettuccine |
1/4 | c | Chopped parsley |
1/4 | c | Fresh basil leaves |
1 | cl | Garlic, peeled & minced |
1/4 | c | Extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 | c | Ricotta cheese |
| | Freshly grd black pepper |
Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Place parsley,
basil, garlic in blender or food processor; blend until paste forms.
Gradually add oil and ricotta; blend until smooth. Season with pepper. Toss
fettuccine and herb sauce together. Serve at once. Creative Pasta
