Title: Farfalle and Feta

16ozFarfalle (bow ties)
12ozItalian stewed tomatoes
4ozFeta, crumbled
2tbOlive oil
1/4cCilantro, chopped
  Chopped or minced garlic, to
  Taste

Add stewed tomatoes to a large serving bowl. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Fold in remaining ingredients (except pasta) and set aside - do not cook. Prepare farfalle according to packeage directions. When cooked al dente, drain and fold into sauce. Serve immediately.
