1/2 | pk | Wagon-wheel shaped Pasta |
2 | c | Brocoli florets |
1 | | Stalk of celery, thin Sliced |
2 | | Green onions, sliced |
1/4 | | Cucumber, sliced |
2 | tb | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
2 | | Cloves garlic, minced |
2 | ts | Prepared mustard |
1/2 | ts | Each of paprika and salt |
8 | | Cherry tomatoe,cut in Wedges |
Cook wagon wheels according to package directions, adding brocoli during
the last 4 minutes; drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. In
large bowl, combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery, green onions,
cucumber and parsley. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream,
garlic, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well. Pour over pasta mixture; toss
to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add
tomatoes and toss gently.
