1 | c | Bouillon |
1 | c | Water |
1 | c | Mushrooms |
1 | | Stick oleo |
SOURCE: Larry Boon - and his note - this was one of the family favorites
and was named for my mother Rachael Creech Boon (named by the family). It
is to be served with a healthy portion of love.
Melt butter an brown the rice. Add onion and cook. Add rest of
ingredients and bake in a 350~ oven for 45 minutes to one hour. Remove from
oven and cover with foil until ready to serve.

didn't say = but I'm sure you put it in a casserole dish before baking. He
