1pkChopped onions
1cOnion soup
1cBouillon
1cWater
1cMushrooms
1 Stick oleo

SOURCE: Larry Boon - and his note - this was one of the family favorites and was named for my mother Rachael Creech Boon (named by the family). It is to be served with a healthy portion of love. Melt butter an brown the rice. Add onion and cook. Add rest of ingredients and bake in a 350~ oven for 45 minutes to one hour. Remove from oven and cover with foil until ready to serve. PERSONAL NOTE from Ursula R. Taylor - this was sent to me by Larry and he didn't say = but I'm sure you put it in a casserole dish before baking. He sent it to me in a recipe tree swap.
