Title: Corn Medley

1/4 | c | Butter or margarine |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
4 1/2 | c | Diced peeled yellow summer squash |
3 | c | Fresh corn |
3 | lg | Tomatoes, peeled and diced |
1 1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
