Title: Thelma Foster's Austrian Noodle Salad

Yield: 6 Servings
6 | oz | Dry curly noodles |
1 | c | Thinly sliced radishes |
1/2 | c | Finely grated carrot |
1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
1/3 | c | Finely chopped green onion |
1 | c | Cottage cheese |
1 | c | Dairy sour cream |
1 | ts | Caraway seed |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Toss with radishes, carrots, celery and onion. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, carawy seed, salt and pepper. Fold into noodle mixture. Cover and refrigerate 2 - 3 hours to blend flavors.
