2 | tb | Soy sauce |
2 | tb | Seasoned rice wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Granulated sugar |
1/8 | ts | Red pepper flakes |
1/2 | lb | Spaghetti, cooked, according |

In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except spaghetti and green
onions until well mixed. Add spaghetti and green onions; toss until evenly
coated. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Per serving: 253
