Title: Simple Curried Couscous

2 | ts | Curry powder |
1 1/2 | c | Chicken broth |
1 | c | Couscous |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
Pepper | ||
1 | tb | Parsley; finely chopped |
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the curry powder and cook 1 minute. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Slowly add the couscous and bring back to a boil. Add the salt and several grinding of pepper; cover, remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes, Add the parsley and fluff the couscous with a fork. Serve immediately.
