Title: Potato Salad Monte Carlo

3 | lb | Potatoes |
1/3 | c | Green onions; minced fine |
4 | Eggs; hard boiled, sliced | |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1/2 | ts | Onion salt |
1 | ds | White pepper; to taste |
1 1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling, peel and dice. Mix all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours. ~----
