Title: Potato Salad W/ Sour Cream

Yield: 8 Servings
4 | lg | Or 6 med. Potatoes |
2 | Stalks Celery; chopped | |
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
Salt and Pepper; to taste | ||
French Dressing (which see) | ||
1/2 | c | Sour Cream |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Dry Mustard |
1/2 | ts | Paprika |
2 | tb | Lemon Juice |
2 | tb | Vinegar |
1/2 | c | Salad Oil |
Boil potatoes; peel and cut into cubes. Add celery and onion to potatoes; season w/ salt and pepper. Add enough French Dressing to moisten entire mixture. Cover; let stand overnight. Add sour cream and mayonnaise just before serving; mix lightly.
For FRENCH DRESSING: Place all ingredients in a closed container; shake. Let stand at least 24 hrs. Yield: 3/4 cup dressing
