3 | c | Diced, cooked potatoes |
2 | c | Diced, cooked ham |
3 | | Chopped hard-cooked eggs |
1/2 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
1/4 | c | Chopped green onion |
3/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/4 | ts | Vinegar |
| | Lettuce leaves |
In a medium bowl combine potatoes, ham, eggs and cheese. Toss lightly to
mix well. In a small bowl blend mayonnaise, Wocestershire sauce, onion,
salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour mayonnaise dressing over potato-ham mixture.
Toss to coat well. Cover. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. The
