2 | lb | Bag frozen hash browns |
1 | | Can cream of potato soup |
1 | | Can cream of celery soup |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
8 | oz | Package cream cheese |
1/2 | | Green pepper, chopped |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | ts | Paprika |
Combine soups with softened cream cheese. Add sour cream, green pepper,
onion and seasonings. Put potatoes in three quart shallow baking dish.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes and stir. Spread out evenly. Sprinkle with
cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Source: Women's
