Title: Warm Potato Salad for 25

Yield: 25 Servings

1/2 Green pepper, chopped
1/4lbBacon
1cVinegar
1tbCelery seed
  Salt and pepper to taste
7lbPotatoes
4 Hard boiled eggs
3lgSticks celery
1mdOnion
1/4cSugar
1 1/2cMiracle whip dressing
1tbParsley flakes

Cut potatoes, eggs, onions, celery and pepper. Potatoes must be boiled and cooled first. Place in large bowl. Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until done. Remove fromfire. Add usgar and vinegar. Return to fire and cook 1 minute. Stir in Miracle Whip and cook 1 minute longer. Mix with potatoes. Better when served warm. Henrietta Martin
