1 | qt | White vinegar |
2 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Salt |
2 | ts | Celery seed |
2 | ts | Turmeric |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
5 | lb | Zucchini -- 1/4 inch thick |
1 | qt | Onions -- thinly sliced |
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over sliced zucchini and onions and let stand for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Continue simmering while quickly packing hot ste
