Title: Spicy Nut Salsa with Blue Cheese
Categories: Sauce Preserve
Yield: 4 Servings

3tbHazelnut oil or olive oil
4tsDry mustard
2tsGround allspice
1/2cHazelnuts -- coarsely
  Chopped
1/2cPecan pieces
1/2cSlivered almonds -- coarsely
  Chopped
1cCelery -- chopped
1cGorgonzola or blue cheese --
  Crumbled
2tbHoney

Heat first 3 ingredients in heavy large skillet over medium heat.

Add nuts and saute until golden, about 7 min. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in celery, cheese and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 cups
